Most “how much does Jamaica cost” articles give you a range. This page gives you the actual price each resort charged for a real week, for a real family: 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 6 and 10), one room, 7 nights, all-inclusive. Prices checked October 6, 2026.
The short answer
The middle price across all 35 resort-weeks we checked was $4,673 for the week — about $167 per person per night with food and drinks included. Flights are extra. The cheapest week we found was $2,024; the most expensive was $8,520.

What the numbers say
- • Spring break cost more than late June at 6 of the 12 resorts we could compare — the middle price was $5,371 vs $4,382. Jamaica was less one-directional than Cancun or Punta Cana: 2 resorts were actually cheapest in March (Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa, Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa).
- • 1 resort came in under $3,000 for the week in at least one of the three weeks: Deja Resort.
- • Royalton Blue Waters Montego Bay is the top of the market — $6,273 and up for this family in every week we checked.

How we got these prices
We ran the same Expedia search for each week — “all inclusive family resort” in Jamaica, 2 adults with children aged 6 and 10 — on October 6, 2026, and recorded the total price Expedia showed for the full stay. We kept resorts that came back in at least two of the three weeks and have 100+ Expedia reviews (which leaves out Beaches Negril, listed on Expedia with only 74 reviews). Two prices about six times the same resort's other weeks — Moon Palace at Thanksgiving and Princess Grand in June, apparently suite-only listings — are shown as not listed. That is the standard rate before member discounts, so the price you see today may be lower or higher. No resort paid to be listed.
